How do I access training in Learning Wizard?
To access your training please do the following:

Log on with the username and password provided by the Lottery or the one created during self-registration. The Google Chrome browser is recommended.

Learning Wizard can also be accessed through your Retailer Wizard account in the area labeled 'Training' on the Navigation Menu once logged in.

How do I access my courses?
Available courses first appear on the 'Active' courses tab then move to the 'Completed' courses tab when you complete them. You may re-take courses as many times as you like. Re-launch them at any time from the 'Completed' courses tab.
 
How do I access my course completion certificate?
To access your completion certificate, select 'Transcript' in the Learner Center. Make sure 'Detailed View' is selected under 'Transcript' and scroll to the right to the 'View Certificate' column. Select the ribbon icon to view, export, or print your certificate.


Can I use Learning Wizard on a mobile device?
Learning Wizard is a website and can be accessed from any device. However, if you are completing equipment training that requires simulating screens, please complete training on a computer, laptop, or tablet.
 
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password and you are a Location Administrator, call Hotline at 1-(804) 692-7777 (5:00am – 1:00am). If you have forgotten your password and you are a secondary user, contact your Location Administrator.

Select 'Forgot Password' in the welcome box. To reset your password, please enter your username. A text box confirming the forgot password request populates stating “We have received your request. If you do not receive an email within 2 hours to reset your password, please contact your admin.”

How do I view information from a course that I have already completed?
You can re-take a course as many times as necessary. Make sure 'Show Completed Courses' is toggled on with the green check mark in your Learner Center and your completed courses will be visible.
